The Lineo Alignment Assessment measures your team's health across the three dimensions that define every great team: strong relationships, shared vision, and effective execution. Each team member takes a short anonymous survey, and you get a clear picture of where you're aligned, where you're not, and what to focus on first.
It's not a personality test or a satisfaction survey. It's a conversation starter — designed to surface the things your team most needs to talk about.
WHAT YOU GET
A detailed report showing how your team answered across all three dimensions — relationships, vision, and execution. You get both the big picture — an overall alignment score and a snapshot of each dimension — and the granular view, with results for every individual question.
But the most valuable part isn't the averages. It's where your team answered differently. A low score is a known weakness. A big spread is a hidden disconnect — the thing your team doesn't realize they disagree on. That's where the most important conversations start.

HOW IT WORKS
Provide your team name, the email addresses of everyone you'd like to take the assessment, and a completion deadline.
Step 1: Set it up
Each participant receives an email with a link and instructions. The survey is anonymous and takes about 10 minutes.
