Our workshops are designed to be bite-sized — focused, practical sessions of 2–4 hours that don't require pulling your team away for an entire day. They can be delivered virtually or in person, as a standalone or as part of a longer development program. Easy to set up, easy to coordinate, and designed for immediate application.

Trust is the foundation of any high-performing team, and you can build trust faster when you understand yourself and the people around you. In this workshop, participants explore their individual working styles through assessments like Myers-Briggs, DISC, or Thomas-Kilmann, and learn how those differences show up in everyday interactions. The goal isn't just self-awareness — it's building the kind of vulnerability-based trust that makes real collaboration possible.

WORKING STYLES & TRUST


Most people know they should be more direct. The hard part is actually doing it — especially when the stakes feel high. This workshop helps participants understand what healthy assertiveness looks like (and how it differs from aggression or passivity), identify what holds them back, and practice having candid conversations in real time using common workplace scenarios. Participants leave with a practical framework for navigating difficult conversations and giving feedback that's clear, specific, and kind.

CANDOR IN PRACTICE


Change is situational. Transition is psychological. Most organizations focus on the logistics of change and underestimate the human side — the loss, the ambiguity, and the anxiety that come with it. This workshop helps leaders understand the phases of transition, anticipate how their teams will be impacted, and develop a practical plan for meeting people where they are while moving things forward.

LEADING THROUGH CHANGE


When decisions stall, everything stalls. This workshop gives participants practical frameworks for clarifying what decision actually needs to be made, who should be involved, and how to move from endless discussion to a clear call. We work through real decisions participants are currently facing — not hypotheticals — so they leave with actual momentum, not just theory.

Communicating well isn't just about presenting with confidence — it's about getting to the essence of what you need to say so that people can actually hear you, and listening well enough to understand what your stakeholders really care about. This workshop helps participants discover their communication style, practice distilling complex ideas into clear and compelling messages, and build the skills to have the kinds of conversations that move work forward.
