CHANGE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

Change at work is both a reality and a necessity. Without change, we stagnate. But too much change, or change done poorly, creates confusion, anxiety, and frustration. This is why change leadership is such an important part of change management.

At Lineo, we know that change leadership requires empathy, intention and structure. We’ve developed a toolkit of exercises to help leaders guide their teams through tough transitions. Our change leadership sessions can be done as part of a full offsite, or as a standalone virtual workshop. By focusing on the human side of change, we help leaders build trust, inspire action and create lasting impact.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

While every team will have different needs, there are a few core principles that we touch on at every team offsite.

NAVIGATE REAL CHALLENGES

Big changes bring up many challenges and questions. Ambiguity can create anxiety, but if we address it head on and identify areas of confusion together, ambiguity becomes an opportunity for creativity and innovative problem solving.

ALIGN AROUND A SHARED VISION

While we navigate loss and ambiguity, it is important to highlight what is being gained. We’ll make sure participants are aligned around a clear and compelling vision for what you are trying to accomplish.

EQUIP LEADERS TO INSPIRE

We make sure workshop participants are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to help their people navigate change and get excited about the future - for whatever changes you’re currently dealing with, and whatever may come in the future.

HOW WE PLAN YOUR OFFSITE

Introductory call

All of our engagements begin with an introductory call to gauge your leaders’ needs, scope your session, and build your agenda.

Prep Work

All team members will be asked to take an anonymous survey to help identify current areas of strength and opportunity.

Logistics Guidance

Our team provides guidance on room setup and materials needed, whether we’re in person or virtual.

Pre-session Call

We'll review the assessment results with the team leader, coach the leader on opening remarks, and update the agenda based on our discoveries. This call typically takes place a few days before the offsite.

DELIVERABLES AND FOLLOW-UP

At Lineo, we believe the workshop isn't a standalone event; it's part of a journey. That's why we actively follow up with our clients to ensure they maintain momentum after the event.

SESSION SUMMARY

We capture notes from the session and provide a digestible summary of discussions, decisions, and next steps.

CHANGE LEADERSHIP TOOLKIT

We want to make sure that the concepts we cover in the workshop can be used by future leaders and practically applied to make sure the work sticks.

Debrief Call

We debrief every offsite with the leader to ensure that the team has the support they need to be successful.
